TESTING EQUIPMENT

Vertical Vibration Machine

The Jounce Tester is designed to evaluate seat components or a complete seating system. Evaluation criteria are generally visual, including wear patterns and material durability.

Ingress and Egress Machine

The Ingress/Egress Tester is a versatile machine used to evaluate seat systems and their components, focusing on aspects such as wear patterns and durability during repeated entry and exit movements.

Walk-In Environmental Chambers

These chambers are ideal for testing under high temperatures, high humidity, rapid temperature changes, or altitude simulation conditions. 

Static Strength Machine

Floor-supported machine with manual control and a data acquisition system. It applies high loads with a maximum rate of 20,000 N and a bidirectional stroke of 700 mm, graphically representing load vs. displacement data. Adjustable in height and angle.

Sequential Fatigue Tester

A cyclic load application machine pneumatically operated by relay with fully programmable load profiles. It can apply loads of up to 1000 N with a 250 mm bidirectional stroke, using 40 PSI workshop air.

Combustion Chamber

Used to determine comparative burn rates and flame resistance of textiles, especially those intended for automotive interior applications.

PC-Based Gantry IFD Tester

Indentation Force Deflection (IFD / ILD) tester controlled by a PC. The X-Y gantry can be programmed to test specific locations on the samples. The control software automatically performs the testing sequence.

Airbag Deployment Testing

TSELA uses state-of-the-art technology for airbag deployment data acquisition, implemented by instrument panel suppliers, seat suppliers, and OEM manufacturers.

Sequential Fatigue Machine

Single-axis cyclic endurance machine. The angle can be adjusted to test both push and pull durability.

3D Scanning

Another key service provided by TSELA focuses on high-precision measurement and 3D scanning, imaging, and comparison of parts and composite structures within production and quality control processes for automotive companies.

Rearward Moment Strength

Testing machine corresponding to the FMVSS rearward moment requirement. It provides horizontal input, supports R/S testing, and allows simultaneous control of three axes.

Seat Belt Anchorage Test

The steel plate structure of the equipment minimizes frame deformation. The sample mounting area is wide enough to accommodate a three-passenger bench seat.

Head Restraint Impact Test

The machine consists of an impact support mounted on a suitable base with an independent control system. Test samples are securely anchored before performing the impact test sequence.

Head Restraint Strength Machine

The head restraint strength tester is designed to meet the requirements of FMVSS 202. It includes mechanical testing equipment and an independent control and data acquisition system.
